Talking about the design of this motocrosser, there are no major changes here it just gets a new paint job. It is based on the same old dependable steel double-cradle frame with a carbon fibre subframe. The Husqvarna TC 125 features a 48 mm WP XACT inverted forks at the front end and a linkage-assisted WP XACT mono-shock absorber with a piggyback reservoir at the rear end. It gets a 260 mm front disc brake and a 220 mm rear disc brake. The brakes on both ends get Brembo floating callipers.
The Husqvarna TC 125 is powered by a single-cylinder 2-stroke engine. Its cylinder feature a unique power valve design and it gets a lightweight crankshaft. Husqvarna has paired this motocrosser with a 6-speed gearbox developed by PANKL racing systems. The new model gets a high-performance Brembo Hydraulic Clutch System that ensures maintenance-free operations. A Mikuni 38 mm flat slide carburettor is used for fuel supply and it provides a smooth and linear throttle response. The Husqvarna weighs 87.5 kg and its fuel tank capacity is 8 litres.
